Bamboo plywood horizontal – multilayer

Bamboo is a plant with extremely fast growth, three to five times faster than wood, making it a very environmentally friendly material. Bamboo plywood, with an additional name of bamboo panels, laminated by layers of finest bamboo strips with eco-friendly adhesive, flexible dimensions, custom sizes, has the advantages of being environmentally friendly, durable, and waterproof. It is widely used in the fields of architecture, furniture, and flooring.

Raw material: Premium grade bamboo (Moso bamboo) of 4-6 age

Bamboo plywood processing: collection, slitting, carbonization, drying, selecting, forming etc. more than 10 steps

Adhesive: European imported glue with no toxins and high quality, with adhesion strength meeting the ANSI-3 standard of the USA and Europe.

Formaldehyde emission: E1 grade standard, E0 grade and no formaldehyde glues can be customized.

Structure: Flat pressed series/horizontal, side pressed series/vertical, and bamboo square series.

5.Packing: packaged with waterproof bamboo pallets for safety.
6.The application scope includes: bamboo furniture, bamboo crafts, and bamboo decoration.
7.The hardness of bamboo sheets can reach 32HB (equivalent to the hardness of beechwood at 24HB).
8.The density of bamboo panels is as high as 0.75g/cm3 (equivalent to the density of beechwood at 0.63g/cm3).
9.The compression strength of bamboo panels is up to 1271kg/cm2 (much higher than the compression strength of beechwood, which is no more than 600kg/cm2).
10. The moisture content of bamboo panels: 10%+/-2%
